O.k so i still need to buy upper strut mounts and a PHB and i should be good right??
It's mainly cosmetics. The bolt is threaded on each end, the objective is not to tighten it, but by tightening or loosening the center bolt, it will push the pull the rear end to the right, or push the rear end to the left. After it's centered, you tighten the right and left bolts to lock it into position. It's super easy to understand once you're under the car and you're holding the Adj PHB in your hands.

Dunno - wasn't a problem for me.

The Spohn Adj PHB was the best buy I could find, I got it from LMPerformance. Make sure that if you get one that 1) it's adjustable, and 2) the adjusting nut is where mine is, if it's near the ends (like Steeda), it can be a pain in the butt to get a wrench on.
