Guide to Buying Suspension Parts for your S197

After processing the data in the forum posts
http://forums.bradbarnett.net/showthread.php?t=60937
and http://forums.bradbarnett.net/showthread.php?t=58403

Finding the lowest prices on suspension parts for the S197 begins with a search of Sponsors first http://bradbarnett.net/mustangs/advertising/, then from other vendors, and ebay, the results are: I wanted to list the link to all of the sponsors suspension parts by category, but I didn't want to put down our sponsors. But I am amazed that some times vendor prices are higher than the manufacturer. This began to sound like I work for a particular company, but I don't. But www.stangsuspension.com does offers price matching and 60 day returns. While this vendor also has great prices. http://www.stage3motorsports.com/cat...nsionsteering/

The best prices are as follows:

Shocks
Tokico D-specs are the only choice:
$507
http://www.hotpart.com/index.php?p=show&id=131
Spring Choices:
Eibach Pro Kit Springs
$224.95
http://stangsuspension.com/store/comersus_listCategoriesAndProducts.asp?idCategory= 144
Ford Racing Springs
$189.41
http://stangsuspension.com/store/comersus_listCategoriesAndProducts.asp?idCategory= 144
Steeda Sport Springs
$229.95 free shipping
http://stangsuspension.com/store/comersus_listCategoriesAndProducts.asp?idCategory= 144
Camber Adjustment:
Camber Bolts:
$29.95
http://stangsuspension.com/store/comersus_viewitem.asp?idproduct=1052
Steeda Camber plates:
$189.95
http://stangsuspension.com/store/comersus_viewitem.asp?idproduct=681
Upper Control Arms:
BMR w/ poly bushings
$139.95
http://www.stage3motorsports.com/product/BMRUTCA017
Relocation brackets:
BMR
$134.95
http://stangsuspension.com/store/comersus_viewitem.asp?idproduct=1100

So at this time, I would recommend chosing suspension parts from:
http://stangsuspension.com/store/comersus_listCategoriesAndProducts.asp?idcategory= 146&curPage=1

I make a suggestion to our sponsors. If you could offer price matching and free shipping on orders over $1000, then I think you would have an influx of orders.

TillmanSpeed-

I was wondering if you could go into the details of your price matching program. Does it include e-bay sellers? TIA .

There's no rules with me! If I can match, I will, I'd love to gain the business. If I can't I'm not going to BS anyone, I'll just have to discount something else or figure out something I can do. Just ask me, it's on a part by part basis.

We can usually work with you pretty well!

Thanks! We try! I deal with everything that way, because it's too hard to have a black and white "we match" or "we dont match" or "no returns" or "restocking fee" type policy. It's unfair to the customer and to us.

So to lower my mustang with the Eibach Pro-Kit, I don't need anything to make it work besides the springs right?

No you don't NEED anything but the Pro Kit. It's reccommended that you get a good alignment, and replace your shocks, but you could get away with running them for a while. Give me a call if you're interested in the pro kit, we have a pretty good price!

+1 for StangSuspension!!!

Not only do they normally have the lowest prices, they also offer a military discount. That earned my business.

The springs would be $259.99 shipped for the Eibach Pro Kit. And the shocks/struts would be like $409 shipped for the Ford Racing Performance brand. Let me know!
