That is a strange problem. Is the engine running? The fogs turn off when the engine is not running, but the regular headlights still work. Battery saving mode I guess.

Uh, sounds strange........ I have the GT500 fuel system here, haven't noticed any problems with anything, let alone the fogs...... ?

Yes!!! Are you using the Saleen or FRPP setup? This is a known issue with the Saleen kit but can easily be overcome. The Saleen kit takes it's power from the foglamps. Therefore after installing, your foglamps no longer work. Thump_rrr found an easy way around this if you have a coupe. Instead of using the foglamp circuit as a power source, you now use the convertible top circuit.

Does the FRPP kit use this same source for power? It proabably does.

Not sure. The car is at the shop so I can't test the turn it on when its running check. I don't think we had the car running when I checked the fogs. It's easy to forget such easy things when you don't drive them for several months.

Indeed. I'm sure Kurtis will get it all sorted out. I just hope your not paying by the hour.

I just checked further, and it turns out the fogs will turn on if the key is in the "run" position. They turn off if the key is turned off, but the headlights remain on no matter what.

I thought the engine needed to be running, but I was wrong. Only the key in the "run" or "on" position.
