First time I had seen this, comes with everything, springs, shocks, struts, strut brace, even swaybars. Not a bad deal for a little over a grand. Lowers it 1.5"

And shouln't have any trouble with insurance, especially if you get it installed at a dealership, it's a Ford part.

Sounds like the dampers give a pretty harsh ride.

dont do it, just go to a local dealer and get the Eibach Pro System Plus

four dampers, four lowering springs (pro kit or sportline ur choice), sways
costs about 1000, and probly 1500 installed. i just got the springs and sways and OMG, struts have held up for 15k miles now too
