Hey
I'm from Sweden and I just ordered a GT, This is my first Ford, Erlier I been driving Audi and for the moment a BMW 330. I was testing the GT just after christmas and I thought it was grat. I have been looking for wheels and I found a site (http://www.fastmustangparts.com/) were they had "Bullit Mustang wheels". Does anybody know if the Chrome Mustang Deep Dish Bullit Wheel (18 X 9, 24MM OFFSET) will fit the 2005 GT. It says it will fit 1994 to current but I dont know if the site is updated.

The one that I ordered was satin silver with Interior Color Accent Package which I thought were I a very nice combination.

I would be glad if anyone could answer my question. Sorry about my english.

Hans

Welcome, The offset on the 05 is not the same. I would verbally confirm compatability on any wheels at this time. the "Old" wheels will stick out past the wheewells.

Welcome Hasse L, the offset of the '05 wheels is +45 mm. Like Bullittman said, the "old" wheels will stick out further.

Just curious. In Sweden what price range does the Mustang compete with? What are some models that are priced the same? Porsche, Mercedes, BMW's?

Thank you for your information. Is there anyone who has som suggestions for wheels that will fit the GT. I would be glad if you can give me some links that can offer alternative for the GT2005. Maybe Bullitman have some example of wheels that I can put on.

To Upstate: The price for my Mustang is about 375.000 SKR which in dollar is about 54.500. The car I´m driving for the moment is a BMW 330i which is a little bit more expensive, about 60.000 dollars (1 dollar/6,9 SKR). A porche is much more expensive in sweden. Ford has not decided to start selling the new Mustang in Europe yet so I have bought my car trough a firm that importes the car from USA. My price will be decided the day that the car will be shipped over the atlantic so I hope the dollar stays low!

Just to clear up something. I believe the older wheels (ie: 2004) will fit, just stick out a bit more. Some people say they don't fit at all but several people have put older ones on with no issues. Even some from this forum have and posted pics. Right?????

That deep dish Bullitt is the wheel you want in an 18", but you will have to wait for the proper offset. Apparently the 17" rims from the older cars are working even with wider tires.
