Granatelli Coil Packs, any real dyno proof
Nobody has come in and asked for these coils, otherwise I would have just bought and sold a set, and done the dyno results right then and there. That would be in the best interest for everyone. Until someone comes in and asks for a set, I can't provide results. I would grab a base car from our dealer we work with, but we're just swamped.... if I'm selling them it's different. I hope everyone understands. If they're gonna send us a set out, and I get some time to sneak a buddy in on the weekend, I will do.

I would not hold your breath on receiving and a pack of GMS coil packs..I would like to be wrong though and have dyno results showing 7rwhp .That would be a crow dinner for me to eat..
JR, are you shocked that you DID NOT get "blasted"?!? Funny how that works when you follow the rules isn't it? "blasting" as you call it only occurs when you violate the rules or policies of this site. This thread is entitled "Granatelli Coil Packs" which means the topic is YOU and YOUR products....post ANYTHING you want in regards to the product in question.
Now if you post ads for a GMS spoiler or sale specials on OTHER parts unrelated to the topic at hand or anything else that doesn't follow the guidelines you were given long ago then it would be inappropriate....get it?
If this thread was about some OTHER companies coil packs then it would not be appropriate for you to respond....get it?
So instead of throwing pot shots at the staff here repeatedly, comprehend what you have been told repeatedly and feel free to post and provide what your potential customers here are asking for regarding your coil packs.

Very good question...But I for one don't think it is going to happen in our lifetime!!
And I know back about 40 posts or so I said I would do a before and after dyno test on these packs. But the total lack of interest by any vendor and the manufacturer tells me all I need to know about this mod.Scott
well...after reading this entire thread I think I think I will be waiting for someone to get a set of these and post some unbiased facts....until then I will look elsewhere to solve my spark blow out issues.

Then I called all the major airline that reportedly had bad customer service and said give me a free plane ticket to fly to Hawaii and if the service is good I will tell everyone - none of them called back either
We sell these coils as fast as we can make them and for the last 3 years our internet record on these parts has been like 200 positive and 2 or 3 that claimed they saw no difference. Then there is always the guy that claimed he lost 120 hp after installing our coils (AHH OK) so you all can decide: do you need one more guy to say something nice before you purchase? The parts come with a lifetime warranty – if they don’t work for you just send them back
what more can I say
I pay so you can put me in my place OVER AND OVER. It is like we are married
...
Ok, so I will chime in here. I can honestly say I did a before and AFTER dyno run once I put my Vortech on. 1st pull was 424 at the wheels. 2ND (With the GMS coils) was 429 and the 3rd and final pull was 432 at the wheels. So, as a completely unbiased individual who installed these I can say i picked up 8hp.
I'd trade jobs with you but I don't think I could see the computer screen to type with my head shoved up my butt so I guess we'll just have to leave you to what you do best.
I called FORD and said send my over one of those Ford GT car you all claim are so bad *** (for free) so I can test drive it and tell everyone if it really as nice as you say - they never called back either.

Not only that, but we're not talking about free Ford GT's here. Smart businesses will regularly 'donate' a product to the market knowing that it will provide cheap but effective advertising, with the benefit of futre sales.

Well said John. You beat me to the same reply. I don't know what these coils cost to make but since they sell for retail at $300 probably $150 or less to manufacture in volume. Very cheap advertising to provide a set to an independant source like Tillman who signed up for the test. And lets not forget Tom's offer to buy a set at retail if they work out and still willing to keep them if they didn't work out. Would seem to be good business to me.

Just freaking buy a set and test them and stop your bellyaching. If you dont like them return them.
I have nothing but good stuff to say about this mod and the way my car runs with the GMS COPs on.
I have tested MSD, OEM and two sets of GMS COPS and I dont need somebody else to tell me what is working on my car. So if you think you want the mod truy it otherwise it seems pretty redundant to keep whining to JR that he hasnt provided "independant" results. If they are INDEPENDANT, then they woudn't be coming from him, would they?

Well 8hp on a F/I car says it won't do anything for a N/A car...Thank you for your input and saving me a 3 spot..

Well Uberpony I will assume your post was directed my way.
So if you go back and review my posts in this thread I have said the same thing all the way through. But let me say it again. I believe this mod works on a forced induction cars like yours and Subzero's. I can understand why they would work. But I want know about a N/A car as do others. GMS posted some great advertisement videos. But I don't own a Ford GT supercar, a Terminator, or any other supercharged mustang. Just a little 05 GT that is N/A. And all I am looking for is some proof this mod works on a N/A car. If it doesn't I will move on. I asked GMS to post some proof that it would work for me. Still waiting. So I am very happy this mod works for you. And I fully understand that I can buy this mod and if I am not happy with the results I can return them for a full refund. But the only way I can prove they work is spend another $300 in dyno time which is not refundable to prove anything.
Doesn't seem like a smart investment from where I sit. So I am not picking on GMS. I just want proof they will deliver as advertised on "my car" without spending $600. Get it?Scott
P.S. IF your post wasn't direct toward me than please disregard the above.
