Good tires for the track ?

Hey guys,

I need info from someone who experienced drag racing for a long time.. Whats the best tires for traction with a track filled ..maybe even OVER FILLED with that VHT compund ?

M/T's ET streets ? there are three designs which one ? and what size should I run ?

The ET streets are undoubtably the stickiest. I use the BFG Drag Radials in a 275-40-17. Best 60' to date is a 1.76 (12.8 @106 N/A) at Tulsa Raceway park, which is a IHRA track and not the best surface. The BFG's work pretty well IMO but the MT's are the best but a little more pricey.

M&H tires 325 45 17. I have seen a 1.46 60 ft. and they fit find on the car.
