Definetly a very worthwhile upgrade...simple to do yourself, and the inherent understeer is gone, and the car corners much better, even with the otherwise stock suspension.

Yep....much better handling with the sway bar. I can feel the road alot better with it! Worth the $200 IMO

Hey Matt, what's an "AVIC-Z1"? And might I suggest, since you have the GT500 wheels, that you get the FRPP/Brembo 14" brake setup? I'm debating whather to do it, becaue I have the 18" bullits that come stock with the GT/CS, but I have to put in a spacer to make the Brembo's work...

I've got just over 100 miles with my F and R set up and I love it so far.

I have already changed out my rotors and pads so I am pretty well set for brakes right now....might be something I upgrade to later though.

So all you did was change out the rear sway bar?

Dang dude! 3439 Posts? That's like veteran status! You da same graypny on S197 I assume.....

yes, all I did was swap the rear sway bar, and just to be completely accurate, the 4 bushings that come with the kit actually have slots instead of holes, so there seems to be some adjustability...on the bushings that attach to the axle (the extremes of the bar), the bolts are in the middle of the bushing slots, and on the end-links (a misnomer if there ever was one...how can they be endlinks when they're, like, in the center-portion of the bar)? the bolts are in the lower part of the bushings slot. I *think* this puts the bar under more load, less slack, but it may be here nor there...I'm not a suspension expert.
