Fume smell inside car with tune

Fume smell inside car with tune
With a brenspeed tune, after driving the car for a while with windows up there's a fume smell inside the car, makes me feel sick after a while 
. Anyone here experienced this?
If I use the FRPP tune, there's no smell inside the car
