Errr, I'm taking about the back pressure the H was causing. It seems that the amount of "burbling" I get is significantly reduced, I thought that was scavenging. My mistake I guess.

Well I sat in, listened to and drove Boomer's car today. Here's my impressions - for the most part they again confirm what he and everyone else has said:

1)Nicer, smoother, throatier sound when you open it up versus mine (same exhaust setup as his before the X pipe) which is a little raspier. I read somewhere that it's a "classier" sound and whoever said it, was right. Just sounds more expensive if you can understand that. Still burbles on engine braking but again, the sound's a bit deeper....and smoother. Even idling back to back, you can hear the difference.

2) Couldn't tell about the power increase 'cause we were just in town and on a small expressway - but I'll take Pete's word for that. And the drone, yes still there but no louder than mine, perhaps a bit of a narrower band though where the drone appears....which is a good thing. I've gotten used to the drone (which I stay out of 90% of the time) so no big deal.

3) Worth the money???? Well I was hoping it wasn't but that ain't gonna happen. Will be calling the toy store tomorrow to order one. Crap

Nice pic Pete - Mark

Thanks Mark,
Not bad for driving stick for the first time
Glad you enjoyed it

I'm curious to hear your impressions when you get it on your car.
I think having the charger your exhaust was louder to begin with ... and the X should make a nice difference for ya.
