OK, decided to make a new post instead of posting this under Tom's Corsa vs. Borla thread. I took the plunge and replaced my FRPP X-pipe with the Magnaflow Hi-Flow catted X-pipe. All I can say is wow, big difference in performance and they certaily woke up my FRPP/Stingers. My friend has the same X but with Steeda axlebacks and he had a lot more drone then me and I was worried I was going to be the same with the magnaflow (he is running a CAI with a Magnason where as I have a Roushcharger with no CAI). Turns out I have the same as before if not slightly less then before but on the outside the Stingers are meaner (I am sure my neigbors are not happy). Inside the car under power and WOT I hear more of the actually Stinger sound now instead of the drone which is music to my ears.

Well hear is the first clip from thr stock H to the Magnaflow with the Stingers. The clip does't do it justice but I plan to make some more of taking off and what not.

LOL Tom, I sure as hell do have the weather down here to stuff like that. The Stang bug is 24/7 365 down here. I am going to see about getting a comparison of my car with my friends with the Steed axle backs.

 

I bet they sound very, very similar....... will be interesting to see.
