Installation of that shifter takes a semi skilled mechanic with a lift 45 min. I did my first one in an hour on jackstands without instuctions. $276 is RIDICULOUS

For those of you with this shifter, how does the feel compare to a Steeda or whatever? Quik huh mentioned no positive stops? I'm not going to save 80 bucks on a shifter if it doesn't have positive stops like the more expensive shifters

$276 for labor is highway robbery. I like mine, I read on here somewhere that someone contacted Tremec and they said the trans has internal stops. They indicated that no stop screws wasn't a big deal with the Hurst.I can only comare to stock and like it much better than stock.
