You're probably going to have to actually call around and ask for a deal on one. I'm just guessing that Ford has a similar policy to various other companies in that they set a suggested price and also set MAP (minimum advertised price). I used to own a gun shop, and ALL of my vendors set MAP pricing. It meant I could sell their product for whatever I wanted but could not advertise it any cheaper than what they set as MAP. On the forums I advertised on, I'd always put PM or email me for best price. I'd bet Ford has something similar in place.

Call Tousley Ford and ask for Steve. They have some of the best FR part prices around, but you need to call.

Sign with CJ Pony Parts for email notifications of sales. They have sales frequently ranging anywhere from 10% off to their famous gift card sale where you get a $30 gift car for every $100 you spend up to a max of $90 in gift cards.

One thing to mention -

Ford Racing has very interesting, and sometimes confusing price schemes. But in general, FRPP carry very small profit margins, which is why it is often difficult to find "amazing deals". The wiggle room just isn't there...
