Well since people are admitting now that there is drone, maybe not as loud as in the 70's but some drone. Yes too me the drone is pleasant as well. Just want to make sure he knows which way he is headed. As far as pricing, you usually get what you pay for. I am sure you will enjoy any of these systems, just depends on what tone etc your looking for.

 

There is drone on the stock system if you hang out in the 1900-2200 rpm range or the 3800 rpm range for extended periods of time. It's just louder with the FRPP's. Pretty moot IMO.

If you don't want a louder experience with your vehicle, stay away from axlebacks. Pretty simple.

Borlas. Great look from behind and the sound is incredible. No disrespect to the Flow guys 'cause it's all personal preference, but the Borlas have way more deep down ***** and volume than the Flows. Great sound and presence w/o being obnoxious. As a city driver, I lay into a mild drone at points but find it far from annoying and easily contolled.
