YaoNYC, There are lots of posts on this forum about these, search for FRPP Stingers. I have them and they sound awesome, but they do have a resonance or "droning" issue that is common to the S-197s. There are probably 40 threads on this, and several forum members have sold these in the for sale boards for a lot less!!!

I've got em and like em. Deeper, more powerful sound than stock. I can hear them at highway speed, but it's not loud or irritating. The pair of mufflers is six pounds lighter than stock. God knows these cars need to go on a diet.

The GTs aren't too bad at 3450 lb curb weight with the manual transmission. The GT500s weigh more than the 92-97 Crown Victoria.

i tend to agree with metroplex...
with most big 4 seater GT style coupes (bmw 6 series, etc) now topping 4000lbs and even the 350z at around 3800 lbs....the Mustang GT is pretty decent....

the GT will handle better than the GT500 if you upgrade the GTs suspension...

The 350Z is in the 3400-3500 lb range, depending on trim level.

Those are the GTA's not the Stingers. They sound great and have zero resonance or drone. I was the first one to install them, check out the six page thread I started on 12 SEP 2006. Many others have since installed them, just do a search for GTA.
