Flowmasters w/Bassani X-Pipe

Hello everyone!
I'm having Flowmasters put on "Thor" very soon. My question to you is this, how would I benefit by adding the Bassani X-Pipe to the mix? Will it make it louder? What sort of gains would I see in hp and torque?
