I got my flow installed after about 300 miles on the car. i have not heard any of the other setups in person, but Love the sound of the Flowmasters. I was on the fence for the entire time while wating for the car. I decided I did not want to spend 500 dollars that would get me a few hp. There is a drone at 1500 rpm and again around 2200 rpm but other than that they are quite quiet at Highway speeds. get on it and you have the great Flowmaster sound. I have to enjoy them for a few more days, then it is off to the body shop on Monday to fix my Hood, since some donkey named jack hit the front of my hood.

These type of things are more complicated than they used to be. When I was younger, I mounted a few Hookers. Now I just pay someone else to do it while I watch.

Alas, he won't be mounting any hookers this weekend. I snuck into his garage and ran off with them last night. I must say they look, sound, and perform just as expected. For a nominal fee I might let you check them out for yourself

Is it easy mounting hookers?
Yes, easy to mount, but heavy. and the clamps did not work well for me. Had to go with a different type of clamp.

I currently have the SLP loudmouth exhaust system. I love the sound, it's just plain sick. But, for a daily driver the interior resonance is bothersome.
Bothersome? I look forward to it.

I try to stay away from Hookers. Some people say they get dirty fast, and start to scream too loudly after being driven for over 30 minutes...

Hey hey, another GA boy. I think I saw your car earlier today. I work in Dunwoody and I swear I drove by you. You don't hear from many people in Georgia here.

Nah man, I live in Warner Robins (right under Macon). There's probably 10 05 GT's in town AT the most and most are driven by old ladies .

I have heard that if you pay enough money, Hookers don't mind how they are mounted!

Sorry could not resist that one. I went back and forth on Magnaflows and Flowmasters. After MMFF did their article and the HP gains were not that different. Both sounded great, I went with Flowmasters and got them off the web at a great price and install went well in about one hour...

NOTE: to get them adjusted, follow others advice and loosen the H pipe bolts to assist in the line up.

Hope you enjoy your choice.
