Finally ordered my Steeda Ultra springs and UDP's from steeda. Cannot wait to get them here. Still need to order my panhard bar from BMR.

Any suggestions as to the install (what to watch for and make sure I get done) on these items??

I will post pics when I am done.

Pullies are easy to put in, just follow directions. Make sure you use a torque wrench, you can buy a cheapie for 25 at autozone or whatever.

I think the Steeda springs don't require any kind of suspension adjustments (using an adjustable panhard bar) since the drop is only 3/4". Don't quote me on that though.

Man, that was quick, got the order in from steeda in 2 days ( one day transite time). Set to install them on wednesday. Got a real gear head who bracket races a lot to help me install both. will include pics when I can.

I just had my Steedas done. About an inch in front, about 1.5" in the rear. Leveled the car out. Other than a front end alignment all was fine and really tracks nice...no need for panhard or caster/camber kit/bolts

John,

Do you have pics of before and after you installed the springs? I've been debating between the Steeda's and Pro-Kit and after hearing it dropped yours 1" in the front and 1.5" in the rear it has me leaning towards the Steeda's.

Check out my car site in my signature...go to page 3 for the before and after pics.

Steeda went in easy. I had to adjust my panhard bar over about 3/8 of an inch. Went and got it aligned, no problems.

Traffic142- Was just wondering on how the ultra-lites ride? I ordered a set of of the ultra-lites a few days ago and im anxious to see how they ride with stock dampers etc. For an alignment did you have the need for any cam bolts or anything like that for an alignment? Thanks man, jason

The ride is fine. have not taken it out to the twisties yet.

Alignment was a breeze...I needed a adj. panhard to recenter. You can do that later if you want to see if you need it or not.

No cam bolts needed. now I am dreaming of LCA's for her.

Still hoping for a Hurst shifter for my bday.
