Thanks Rocky. Have you decided on a set-up yet?

Not picking a fight here, but why would you recommend one supporting vendor over another? Brenspeed is the reason why Pypes made this H pipe 18 months ago....... buy it from the source is my opinion.

Hey Pat, I've decided to go with the Mac off road prochamber because it's made from stainless steel and is also considered more of an efficient and hybrid type of H-pipe much in the same way as an off road X-pipe only the Prochamber deepens the sound similar to that of a regular off road H but not quite as loud which should help reduce or even eliminate drone depending of course which axle back is selected with it..At first, I was considering Flows but once Holeshot had mentioned the Prochamber caused his Flows to sound higher pitched and Tinny I decided to follow Scott, Blkstang and Chris's advice from TillmanSpeed and go with the GTA's instead although I'm also considering Magnaflows as well being their axle back is more of a straight through design instead of a chambered one, so as soon as I decide on which axle back to go with ? I'll let you know when the trigger finally gets pulled lol.

Tom, my apologies for that was not my intention I was just trying to help Steeltown out..As a matter of fact ? somebody was asking where they could get the Steeda/SCT combo about a week or so ago and Brent was who I recommended as the best source..Also if I had known he was the reason why Pypes made the H-pipe 18 Months ago ? I wouldn't had mentioned another vendor even if they were able to offer it at a lower price to begin with..I believe your also aware of the fact I've listed Brent as one of the top SCT tuners many of times on this forum which should further demonstrate that I personally consider him as such as well..

Lots of good Q&A going on in this thread. Is anyone running Long Tubes with a O/R H and Flows? Any recommendation on L/T's?

Just ordered my Flowmasters today. One question I live in California and laws are strict out here! Any recomendations on h-pipe with high flow cats? I have been searching and it does not seem like there is much on the market at this point. Well at least I could not find anything..... On my 93 5.0, I ran a setup of BBK H-pipe w/cats and Flowmasters with turndowns beneath the car, it sounded mean as hell!

Yeah, but the motor on the new ones is quite a bit different a IMO, they don't sound good with the Flows.

153 polled thus far and the Stingers are leading at 40, followed by Flowmasters at 36, and GTAs at 30. I am pleasantly supprised of the popularity of the Flows, which probably would be leading if not for the Stingers being "stamped" by three companies(Borla, Steeda, and FRPP) .

I'm new here, and this is a great mustang site. I'll post pics of my 07 GT later. My question is has anyone tried MBRP axle backs. They have a video on their website and it sounds loud. Wonder if they'll be any drone. The quality looks great. www.mbrp.com. They have two different models of axle backs. Thanks for all the info on this mod. I still haven't made up my mind about which to go with.

Wow... Those clips do sound great . The "canisters" looks like the Corsas, and the "straight-throughs" looks like SLP LMs. Both look really good. I could not find a price though

Sorry the right price is $298.95 for the MBRP muffler(less) ones and $416.95 for the muffler ones. I believe they have free shipping.

I dunno if this has been posted, but Spintech now has an axleback kit for the S197.

Anyone have or heard about this set?

I completely understand where your coming from Tom, you were just supporting Brent as I also was but after thinking about what I posted I should have just left well enough alone and stopped there instead of bringing in another vendor..Although there's nothing wrong with supporting more than one vendor I now realize that you shouldn't list more than one at the same time otherwise it may give the impression that one is being favored against the other and I just didn't realize this until afterwards..Anyway we're on the same page and that's what really matters
