exhaust Q for those with 08's

A friend with an 08 GT had Mac LT Headers, offroad Prochamber, and Magnaflow Magnapacks installed.

Question is about the mid-pipe exhaust hangers. Hangers are there, but no rubber isolator mount. Can anyone confirm that the isolators are supposed to be there or not (on 2008 only)?

There's a recent TSB about the isolator mounts causing rattling noises. Maybe they're starting to remove the isolator from the factory or the car already had the TSB service performed?

Edit: Dagnabbit all you people with spotless cars are starting to give me an obsessive compulsive complex! Is it normal to feel guilty about not routinely spit polishing the underside of a Mustang?

My 08 was built in Oct 07 and it has them, but the OEM H-pipe does not have the hangers to use them. So I could see Ford just elimanating the rubber isolator mounts all together later in the production run of the 08's.

08' auto (built 10/27) didn't have midpipe hangers. The stock h-pipe didn't have them either, My bassani x-pipe did but I cut them off.
