Error Code(P0506) - Idle Control System RPM Lower than Expect

Error Code(P0506) - Idle Control System RPM Lower than Expect
I'm getting this error code and I can't seem to figure out how to make it go away. It's on an automatic, 05 Mustang GT.
Does SCT Flash have a place around St. Louis, area code 63033, where I can take car in and they can look at the problem, check for leaks and stuff or whatever, instead of trying to pinpoint this problem over the internet?
My Mods are:
Throttle Body Spacer
Steeda CAI w/ a Tune, 90mm
Kooks Long tube headers w/ catted x-pipe.
SLP Loudmouth exhaust.

You might wanna start by cleaning the throttle body, especially behind the butterfly valves. This issue comes up more and more often on '05s lately, especially if it was an early model and the hydrocarbon trap was removed.
