Did you check all your TB electronic sensor (and MAF sensor) connections and hose connections?

do you have any mods on the car?
check your air intake elbow if it's fit properly onto the throttle body
Check the connectors around the engine compartment, starting with the MAF sensor (to the left of the air filter), the Throttle Position Sensor (to the left of the Throttle body) and the Throttle Body motor ( to the right of the TB).

do you get a check engine light?
do you have a handheld tuner you can use to download DTCs?

come on, you need to be a bit more descriptive in order to get any help

Try putting some Chevron Techron in the tank. You might have a bad tank of gas or perhaps you need a new fuel filter.

Could really be a number of things. Start by looking for obvious things in the engine bay, loose hose, clamps, electrical plugs (coil packs and injectors), MAF sensor (Like Dr.Q mentioned), etc.

Without a CEL or MIL, it's hard to diagnose.

Have you put any type of additive in the gas tank, i.e., octane booster?

Make sure that no one backed into your car. I got rear-ended once in my 89 GT. Car ran like crap for a day. Fuel shut off thing was triggered when a truck full of illegals ran into me in a traffic jam. Hit hard enough that it popped the Hurst shifter plate out of the console. Tore bumper off of his S-10, and slided the radiator. Put a small nick in the tape stripe of my bumper cover where the screws from his front license plate hit it. I have no idea how it didn't cave the back of the car in.

I would've thought that, but I figured the engine wouldn't turn over at all, so I didn't suggest it. Who knew...

Glad you got it figured out though.
