But if I did that, the fancy SOS panel with the EH20 switch engraved would be useless.... Gotta do things the hard way around here!

I wired mine into the SJB using the harness. It turns on when the key is in the "on" position. This way I can turn the Key to "on" and cool the engine without it running. That coupled with my electric fan switch mod can cool whole engine back down to 0* in about 10-15mins at the track.

Fish tanks ftw!! At least you don't have to put food in that kind.

Good idea! What all do you plan on upgrading coolant system wise?

I have had a Meziere installed for 3 years with no reliability issues at all. It comes in handy to cool the car off between Dyno pulls or track runs. In heavy town traffic on hot days with the AC full blast the temp never goes past half way on the gauge. It probably does save some parasitic HP loss but that is not the reason I got it. I did keep the stock pump, pulley and bolts, just in case it does fail some day.

I've seen a mechanical water pump fail in a Toyota Corolla. Just sayin.

I'm at my limit for how much power I want the engine to make. All that's left is to remove what's blocking rwhp to the tires.

Brenspeed has them the cheapest, Meziere is the only brand to go with.

I put my switch for the electric water pump on a fender well under the hod where it is out of sight and unlikely to get accidently turned off. It's in a little water resistant box with an on light.

I have a 3.8 V6, but I can only find the 5.0 version. Any chance it will fit on my engine? The bolt pattern and size looks the same to me, but perhaps not?

I run mine with an electric thermostat controller. Without the mechanical thermostat the water flow is far better than stock. It has a bit of difficulty getting warm with my larger than stock radiator on a chilly morning. Luckily it isn't a daily driver if it was I need venetian blinds to block the radiator.
