Dyno Results - Nitrous / NA

got my car dynotuned the other day i was happy with the results for N/A but was a little disapointed in my torque for nitrous mods are in my sig. oh and i used a 100shot
n/a - 329rwhp / 334 rwtq
nitrous was hit at 3350rpms - 403rwhp / 433rwtq
this was on a mustang dyno i may add...now im ready to finally go to the track

well, if you were to look at my posted graph from last month's dyno runs you will notice peak torque at about 3650 or whatever but thats with an activation point of 3500 on the dot.
The solenoids, the design of the nozzle, its location in the intake track, the bottle pressure, there are quite a few variables that will result in different power outputs compared to others.
If you can post those charts that would be cool. If not, compare point to point from NA to N2O to see where your gains were, peak numbers isnt always the most important.

That sounds good to me. I thought mine was a little low for what I have now. Maybe it is a conservative tune...

Like I have posted, I need to know a point to point comparison with NA and N2O to comment on power output.
The only thing that could cause low results is with torque management still engaged on an automatic application. Get rid of that and you'll be golden, thats why custom tuning is especially important.

Im amazed with your NA numbers but thats probably has a little to do with the transmission differences and your stock gear ratio. How was the AF on that 100 shot run?

I would wonder if you're not seeing as much of a gain as you want to see based on the fact that your NA numbers are so high. 329/334 on a MUSTANG dyno seem pretty high for a car with those mods. Thats what, about 370 horse at a 12% drivetrain loss? Does anyone else think those numbers sound especially good?
Not trying to call b.s. here, it just seems like the NA numbers are very surprising.

Dan I dig your posts, and second you answered a question for me that I have asked but no one chimed in on. That being the location of my nozzles, I am moving them closer to my intake from the 12-13 inches they are now and see how that does me.

I thought they were high too. Mustangs read lower than dynojets. On a dyno jet those numbers would be 340ish.

Those numbers look good, point to point is right on.
I suggest the 100-125 shot now, just take out timing and put it back on the dyno.
