Talking Done and did it!

Well I contacted Doug and started my first mod. I got the C&L racer CAI and the SCT3 tuner with Doug's 87m 93 Torque and 93 Performance tunes. Now the wait to get it and install. Can't wait.

I even convinced my wife that it will make the car more economical, if I can only keep my foot off the gas pedal!

93 Race tune

Ah. Well it will be interesting to hear how it goes. Would like to hear about the 87 vs the 93 performance.

Well I Done and Did It for real. I just installed the CAI and uploaded the tune. Very impressive. Just did a quick run around the block and it was fun. I suppose I will run out the 87 octane and on the second 93 octane tank, I'll try the 93 performance and torque tunes. I'm just happy the car started and seems to run fine with no warning lights! Its the first time I've worked on an engine in sometime!
