Hi,
I have a JLT 1 with the mod, that I bought used at the end of last season. It came with a tune for my Predator, and I installed it and adjusted my fuel trims.
When I blip the throttle to downshift, there is a very noticeable delay in the throttle response that drives me nuts!
I removed the pipe and went back to the 91 tune and stock box for the winter, and it drives so much better that I’m reluctant to put the JLT back on?
If you have my setup, do you have this delay in throttle response?
Thanks,
Paul
PS. I posted a similar question last year, but never really got a definitive answer.

If you're blipping the throttle below 2K RPM, a throttle body spacer will cure it. My DTP/Predator tune tightened up the throttle from 2K on up, but from idle to 2K it was still a sponge. Just throwing it out there
