Disconnect Reverse Light Connector
Ok,
I've done the sequential mod, and had no issues removing the turn signal connectors, but the reverse light seems to be a bit more involved. I have attempted to turn either clockwise/counter, and it seems to be giving some resistance. So, before I apply more pressure, wanted to see if anyone has done this before?
Thanks

It was a year ago and straight from memory I think I remember it just taking a lot of elbow grease and pushing in a little. You shouldn't need any special tools if that's what you're asking. They should also turn the same way as the main sockets. There not a lot to grab so you have no grip or torque. I do remember it being hard but they eventually came off (without breaking).
If all else fails, consult your owners manual... lots of good stuff in there.

the sequential kit I got required you to change it, I rememeber it being a bit of a pain, Im pretty sure I ended up using channel locks on it, it does take some elbow grease, just make sure you dont break it, its also a bit of a pain turning them back in so they lock all the way.

Thanks Everyone, I just downloaded the manual from Fords Site:
Replacing backup bulbs
The backup lamp is located in the tail lamp assembly. Follow the same
steps to replace either bulb.
1. Make sure headlamp switch is in
OFF position, then open the trunk.
2. Carefully remove fasteners
around the lamp area, then remove
the interior trunk trim.
3. Disconnect the electrical
connector by pulling it straight off
of the lamp assembly.
4. Remove the three nut and washer
assemblies and the lamp assembly
from the vehicle.
5. Remove the bulb socket by rotating it counterclockwise, then pulling it
out of the lamp assembly.
6. Pull the bulb straight from the
socket.
Install the new bulb in reverse
order.
