I have:
FR 4:10 gears
Steeda TB Spacer
C&L Racer CAI
And a Diablo Predator

My stang is an 06 Auto...BTW...

I am testing the hypertech tuner for them and want to do a heads-up against the Diablo Predator for a real world 1/4 mile et. I am then going to do a honest write up to an give the results.

The Predator is over a year old and I am sure there are better tunes out for it now.

Who or where can I send my predator to have it flashed with the latest and greatest tune?

Go to the Diablo web sit or maybe CR from Tillman can help. You can also call Diablo and one of their techs could probly help you.lol

 

I wouldn't think you'd need to send it anywhere for a tune, just order one from Doug at Bamachips. If you're talking about upgrading the OS to the Predator device itself, you can do that at the Diablo site and connect it to your PC using the DSDownloader application.

 

Ok, I called c&l and they directed me to the Diablosport website...
My issue is that when i boot my Predator is boots into a C&L logo. My understanding is the "updating it" with Diablo's latest version would erase the settings for the C&L. Does Diablo's site have tunes that are C&L specific?
(I looked and couldn't find any)

 

Doug @ Bamachips did my tune for my Pred. I would recommend him without hesitation.

 

There are different updates depending on the version of tuner you have. They do have specific tunes for several different cai's...The latest update for the generic predator (7140) allows you to select from a number of different cai's including c&l....if you have a custome tune on your unit you dont want to lose, just save it to you computer before updating.......
