Anyone decide about a meet and or cruise?

I'm attending a Shelby meet on saturday morning... So maybe next weekend?

 

That's ok. The beech St meet is at 9 pm

 

Keep in mind I can't drive my Stang for several months now.

 

Why not?

 

My car need about 2 grand worth of tires, a few minor parts, and a tune before it can pass emissions

 

If you're embarrassed about the color (and the color of that shirt), you can just say so...it's ok.

But seriously, that sucks. I hate even having to buy cheap-*** tires.

 

I can get cheapass tires for about 650-700. But I want nitto nt-05r's

And I love my green colored cobra

 

I have a friend at discount tire, what size you want In the Nittos? Might be able to get a discount for you

My friend works there too. He was able to get me like 10 bucks off..

Its a 315/35r17 rear
And 275/40r17 front.

I would be down for a cruise this weekend. Going out of town for a month on Monday, would like to drive my car as much as possible

 

One of the best roads I've found for cruzin i is the new George bush extension in Rockwall. I've seen no cops to this day. Nice long straights, some high speed curves. Perfect visual distance to pick out cops. Usually go down highway 30, exit George Bush and cruise to highway 75. Hit downtown Dallas and jump onto highway 175 til it meets interstate 20. PERFECT cruise
