In April of next year I will be adding a Trufiber GTS2 hood, replacement rear deck, GT/CS rear fascia, and Saleen Heritage front fascia to my 06 Black GT. I also at that time want to have the whole car wet sanded to remove the orange peeling and have the whole thing reshot with black then several coats of clear so I have a mirror finish when done.

I'm beginning my research now to find the best painter in the Dallas area. I will be changing my car from a DD to a weekend and nice weather + show car so having a deep shine is most important. Is there anyone on this forum that can recommend an excellent painter in the Dallas area?

i've never used them but i called dallas mustang today about installing a cdc shaker in my '07 gt and they recommended Roadrunner Paint and Body in Richardson.

My baby got a low speed, rear end kiss last year from a ditsy blond driving a PT Cruiser, while we were stopped at a red light. The rear bumper cover sustained scratches and gouges in the plastic but no damage behind the cover. Her insurance would not replace the cover, they would only pay to have it refinished. I took it to a friend's shop and they did an excellent job. Took care of the gouges and repainted it matching the color perfectly.
