D-Spec question???

Just installed Tokico D-specs and have a question on adjusting them. On the front there are chrome caps with a hole in the top. Do I insert the tool into this hole to adjust or do I take the chrome cap off and then adjust?

My fronts have plastic caps (well onl y one is left), but perhaps they have changed the design? My rears have solid steel caps. Unless there is a access hole thru the center of the cap, then the cap may need to be removed so you can insert the adjustment tool, which is really just a fancy looking allen wrench.

yes remove the cap (steel or plastic caps) and insert the allen wrench tool into the top of the strut to adjust.

Thanks all the hole in the metal cap (front) threw me. The key chain tool fits in the hole...but wasn't doing anything.

Removed the cap and worked like a charm!

...and make sure you keep that key chain somewhere you'll find it back! I lost mine once and luckily found it at the very last minute. Was about to buy another one from Stang Suspension. They sell them for $29 I believe.

Its just a 3mm allen wrench with a fancy handle so you could put it on a key chain.
