The kit is actually made by Exile and they stopped producing them since they couldn't sell many of them. However, with that said they are an awesome kit! If I didn't have the TVS on my car, I'd probably be running one of them. Last I heard Exile had around 5-10 kits in stock that were ready to ship out. I'd tell him to ****** it up if your friend can afford it.

I have this kit on my car. Glad to see that the price has come down. There is only one problem with the kit. The carbon fiber intake looks great but, as you can see from the picture, it is tapered and the MAF is in the center. This along with the bends right before the caused severe turbulence so the MAF was bouncing all over the place. I made a couple modifications to the intake. I had to eliminate the carbon fiber piece and used VMP's 3" tube with a upgraded MAF. The system is now flawless. I drive the car every day and average 22 mpg in combined city and hwy driving. I have put a little over 10K miles on the car with the twins on.
