As soon as the snow is gone I'm planning on modding my car a bit, but I've been hearing from you guys that there is a substantial amount of tuning going on. Since I'm here in South Dakota we don't have many, if any, dyno shops or tune shops I know of. So I was wondering if you could tell me which of these mods I'm planning on getting would require a CPU tune.
1. Bassani axle-back exhaust
2. Bassani x-pipe
3. C&L cold air intake
4. Steeda underdrive pullies
I'll probably stick with the mods I can do without a tune for now until I can find a good place with a dyno. I just want to make sure I don't go sticking something on that's going to lean me out or make me lose horse without a tune. Thanks guys.

The cai is the only one you should need to worry about.

I agree. Check out the SCT Xcalibrator. 20 RWHP without any machanical mods. Of course, the CAI and the SCT will kick it up a notch!!! Good luck!

If you go with the C&L it will come with a diablo Predator tuner, pre loaded for thier intake. With the Diablo you will also be able to make your own adjustment's without the need of a tune shop. Just a thought... I should be reciveing mine shortly and I'll let you know how it work's out.

Thanks for the info guys. I was wondering too what of these mods will void my warranty? I've talked to some of the mechanics at my Ford dealer and they told me that they thought I could do all of them, but what if it changes the CPU's factory settings? That will void the warranty then won't it?

That would be sweet to if you could get back to me Vegasjay on that CAI when you get it installed, I'm really interested in the results. Thanks.

Do what you can now and there will be more experience about the warranty as time goes on. Havn't seen any problems with the tune so far, but the car is still very new.
