ROFL, wtf are you smoking? the stage 2 videos are my car... and those are Blow-By Racing cams... and those are the worst videos of my car... cant you see it says "****ty idle" and "early dyno"? the car sounds like crap in those videos. and I believe it clearly says BBR cams in both of those....... also the yellow car in ithe first stage 1 video also has Blow-By Racing Stage 2 cams just like me!! I really dont know where you got your info. and the second video in the stage 1 section are crower or VT stage 1 cams if I remember right, but I am not sure on that.

it might be because of the cold, but the first video of the stage-1 cam sounds quite different than the 2nd video, maybe that one is incorrectly labled as well?

 

I think Ive seen the vids of the first car as well arent those also BBRs???

 

did either of you read my post? lol... sry, slightly messed up as I posted, but everything he posted is mismarked. The yellow mustang with the ice on the road has the same BBR cams as me.

 

I'll have a video for you soon of Comp Cams BamaChips custom grinds, somewhere in the stage 3.5 range....

 

I thought Blow-By Racing was not a reputable outfit to deal with.
Also are'nt they using comp cams or crower?

No, their grinds are their own. and if you check out my mega thread on the BBR cams, they have been excellent to work with!

Woulod love to hear and see dynos of any 05+ cams out there, BBR excepted, no offense to the emperor, just tooo much negs for the last 3 years to interest me in BBR.

they are great cams, too bad about their negative rep. I cant tell you how untrue it has been for both me and canuk power..... BBR has been top notch in every possible way.

His experience with BBR is definitely the exception, NOT the rule.......

 

I had my cams and heads done way before emperorjordan and i told him about my dealings with BBR because he at first had doubts. I have purchased cams,headers and gears from BBR and have had help from them sometimes more than any other vendor.I have had my cams in since Feb. and have put on over 2500miles without a problem and even won an award at a mustang event for the sound.SCT supplied the tune for this combo and works great. i have a dyno tomorrow to fine tune it.

 

No offense, but "sound" would not be a reason I would buy new cams. BBR made outrageous claims about performance gains, and I still haven't seen anything close to that in real world cars.

 

Well, I only speak for myself, but my car will never see a track, and won't be raced on the street. If I want a cam, it's for the sound. You gotta admit, who doesn't like a sweet idle and growl?

I put a healthy cam in my old camaro just for the sound. Man I loved the idle, and the roar was sick when I got into the throttle even 1/3 or so! That was the best thing I did to the camaro, wish I would have done it the day I got it! I'd do it again if cam's didn't cost so much money for these new computeraited cars! Stuff was so darn cheap for my old camaro!

 

No offense but you spent about as much as Emperorjordan on your exhaust for what sound.
