Comp Cams nsr or FRPP Hotrod cams

Which is better for more HP Comp Cams nsr (127200) or Frpp Hotrod Cams? Don't car about sound looking for more horsepower and its a N/A with all bolt ons and street drivin weekend warrior.

I think I answered this on another website. You will see the same general power gains with any nsr cam. If you want the most power you will want a NON nsr cam that require the springs to be changed like the 127500 or even 125600. If you're dead set on only picking between those two, then I would go with the frpp's. Even though you say you don't care about the sound, if they are going to make the same power might as well go with the one that sounds like pure sex. LOL.

And by the same person?

This is what Chris Rose of American Muscle stated on another website:
For a cam that's about power more than it is about sound, Comp NSR Stage 2's all the way. We've got them on our site, and run the crap out of them on cars to make 15-25RWHP without batting an eye. DR's or Hot Rod cams may have a choppier idle, but typically make a LITTLE less horsepower (5 RWHP or so) compared to a grind with a higher lift.
