Said I said it would bolt up and I lied:
I said that it would bolt in and only have clearance issues on extreme lowered cars. True, so far. There are PRECAUTIONARY clearancing steps that CAN or CANNOT be taken, and only NEED to be taken on vehicles lowered more than 2.5". This comes from Coast Driveline. This driveshaft has now been tested on (2) vehicles -1.5" drop with no problems.

I forgot mention for customers to check pinion angle.
My fault, won't happen again. I am glad that you brought this up. The one point I sincerely thank you for.

I didn't tell my customers they need control arms.
I still don't see proof that they do?

Then I get "that CR guy is hurting tillmans" among other remarks. I stay out of bickering like that. I'm just trying to clear this issue up. I don't see a need for it to get personal.

I guess I'm not the only one to see it that way "Bashing"...............

Yeah, I'm still on the stock UCA's. I don't know when he took it out, but it was late in the day because I was gone from work already when i got the email from him. I doubt he did any hard launches because it is a customers car (mine) and he would't treat a customer vehicle like that and there is so much more work getting done to the car I'm sure he wasn't in it long. So, granted it isn't the full test I will give the car when I get it back, but he did say there was no vibration to speak of, no clearance problems he noticed (over bumpy, irregular roads) and all seemed good. That's all i have right now.

Just so you know, I wasn't asking about pinion angle for vibration issues, I was asking to see if the driveshaft was hitting the tunnel under hard acceleration. Trust me, if it hits, you'll know!

Do me a favor and check the pinion angle, because you may be close to -3* anyways. All of our cars have slightly different variances. But I'm pretty sure you knew this already.

Can we please now stop all the crying about "bashing". I guess I need to type the praises I gave for the great product, great price, and best wishes on the sale, in big font and in bold...

Lesson learned, I will never try to inform the uninformed again! Everyone will have to learn on there own now I guess since word of mouth, and personal experiance don't amount to anything anymore...
oh I'm sure I'll know if it hits!..I'll know more tomorrow when i get over there to check stuff out myself.. Still so many other things going on with the car, its gonna be there a few days

Tillman got a question for you, I think I'm gonna try out the Pypes mid muffler system when it comes out... Do you see any clearance problems with this setup and a Coastline driveshaft? Heres a link to the exhaust system http://www.pypesexhaust.com/gallery83.html

The only part that looks like a clearance issue (in those pictures) is where the two parts of the driveshaft meet on the stock unit, this will be a solid unit. I'm not 100%, but it looks like it will work fine! As long as the pinion angle is on...
