put my ex2 tune for my c&l air cleaner and got a 0605 trouble code.car runs great but what does the code mean?its a 06 auto gt.

 

I found a list of codes on the web a few days ago.

ASSuME-ing that this list is right, here is the P0605 code:

P0605 Internal Control Module Read Only Memory (ROM) Error

If I were you, I'd try loading the tune again, and see if you get the same results. If the problem reappears, contact your vendor ASAP and get their help.

 

Probably not, but. I did this to my T-Bird. turns out, I had missed a vacum hose conection. That's all it was. Never had any problems with the conversion, other than that.

 

okay,hold the phone!i went back into the code reading par tafter i found out how to do this and turned the code off.after about 50 miles and 5 or 6 stops and restarts it hasnt come back.friend of mine said this happens a lot and shoudnt come back on.one thing i dont like is the instruction are very lack luster on how to make any changes.but man it really makes a auto run alot better.
