Check engine light

I have a check engine light so using the SCT tuner to identify the codes it brings up the following :

P0340 camshaft position (cmp) A ckt (b1 or single sensor)

P0344 camshaft position A ckt intermittent (b1 or single sensor)

Can anyone advise what I need to do to sort this out ?

I heard the alternator normally craps out at that mileage and it trips out those sensors before failing, research that and see what you can find

Yea man have your alternator checked. It causes all kinds of bizarre problems.
