Change wheel size in xcal2?
I just went from 235/55/17 to 255/45/18 tires. Is it necessary to change these parameters in the tuner? And how would I do it, just change it then re-upload the tune?

Your new wheels and tires have the same overall diameter as your OE set so no change is necessary. If you were to make a change you would do it before re loading your tune.
