remove intake, intake plenum, belt, drive pulleys, crank pully, front timing cover, valve covers, timing chain assembly, cams, and waterlines.

unbolt headers/exhaust manifolds and let hand down or completely remove. dont matter. headbolds removed.

clean both mating surfaces really good. no gasket material needs to be left on the heads or block. i would use a straight edge tool to check the head for warpage. if warped get heads decked. with the low miles you got i wouldnt worry about a valve job. also at that mileage you shouldnt have to replace any of the timing components.

this should include all gaskets for the job. check the year and all to make sure i looked up the right vehicle.

Will this work for a 06? It says 07-09 in the description. Should I just have my heads ported and polished or buy a set from BBR. Which is cheaper? :sigh: my poor poor wallet :/

I looked up the wrong year. Just change the year to your model.

Idk which is cheaper.. but I would imagine port and polish is.

The heads are aluminum, buying heads would be like wiping your *** with your paycheck. Have them ported and polished.

Get a vsr blower grind cam with lock outs. The machine shop that does your heads will shim the springs.
