Change plugs and coils, but issue?

remove intake,intake plenum, belt, drive pulleys, crank pully, front timing cover, valve covers, timing chain assembly, cams, and waterlines.
unbolt headers/exhaust manifolds and let hand down or completely remove. dont matter. headbolds removed.
clean both mating surfaces really good. no gasket material needs to be left on the heads or block. i would use a straight edge tool to check the head for warpage. if warped get heads decked. with the low miles you got i wouldnt worry about a valve job. also at that mileage you shouldnt have to replace any of the timing components.
this should include all gaskets for the job. check the year and all to make sure i looked up the right vehicle.

The heads are aluminum, buying heads would be like wiping your *** with your paycheck. Have them ported and polished.
