Chance to buy JLT and SCT for $250
I have a guy who has a SCT Tuner and a JLT Intake he will sell for $250. How can I tell if the tuner is unlocked? The only issue I have is that and the JLT Tube is painted Legend Lime my car is Black

It is returned to stock if the original car was tuned back to stock. You can verify this by plugging the tuner into a car and going to the device status or device info screen.
And a can of spray paint will cure that Legend Lime disease.
