I called my dealer about my cd player skipping and he said that if I got the part # off of the back of the unit he could call it in and I wouldn't have to bring it down there right now. I read somewhere a while back about a sequence of buttons to push on the unit to get the # to come up on the screen but I can't find it and can't remember it. Is this the number he needs and does anybody know the sequence of buttons to push? I searched but couldn't find anything.

I think you have to press 3 & 6 at the same time with the radio off. That's on the Shaker. I'll see if I can find the original post and confirm.
