You could ask Doug if you could run it w/ your setup or if he'd need to tweak it first. We'll see, Spring can't get here fast enough. Brrr.
I just emailed Doug an update yesterday, he had sent me some other tunes to try but they did not help. Doug is pretty tenacious when it comes to problems, if anyone can help I would imagine Doug can!

Did you ever get this fixed?? I'm now having the same issues, but with a C&L intake that until now has worked flawlessly (over 3 years)

Yup - I've been stall free for a while now. My problem was a combination of a couple different issues, but mainly I think the problem was specific to my WMS intake w/ the MAF housing being too close to the TB. I fixed my problem by loosinging the collar and putting as much space between the MAF housing and TB as possible, and getting a tune from Doug at Bamachips who has worked on the problem before.
If you're having the problem w/ the C&L, I'd start by cleaning the MAF and TB, check for leaks and reassemble before going further. Make sure to take the TB off the car when cleaning and use TB cleaner and not carb cleaner... same w/ the MAF - use MAF cleaner.

Thanks John, Last night went to walmart and got some crc, cdc??? TB cleaner, as well as a can of same brand electronics cleaner (read here someone else used that on their MAF with no issues, and walmart didn't sell the MAF specific cleaner).
I'm going to tear it all apart tonight and clean it. My filter is pretty funky too and needs a good cleaning as well.
Hopefully this will solve my problem, if not, they need cleaning anyway.

Thanks again.
Chris

Make sure when you clean your filter that you let it dry thoroughly and don't over-oil it. I'm guessing oil on the MAF and TB will help dirt stick and cause the problem to reoccur. (just an educated guess)

Hope it works out for you.

I cleaned/oiled my filter, blew out the MAF with electronics cleaner, and got the TB 99% clean (some around the hinge just wouldn't come completely off). Cleaning, waiting to dry, and oiling the filter took longer than it did to pull the TB off, clean it, and reinstall.

100% fixed. Car drives like it did when I first put the tune in, and I can't believe how much more fun it is to drive again.

Thanks a lot for the help.

HELP!!!!

First off thanks to everyone for all of the communications on this thread. I have the same problem that has just started. I purchased my '04 mach1 last summer, and it ran fantastic... just before I put it away for the winter I noticed some small erratic misfire WOT. So before I pulled it out this year I replaced plugs which looked pretty good, that's why I changed the coil packs as well. Took it for a ride... and it stalled once I pushed the clutch while cruising around 65 MPH.... car completely stalled, I didn't really know it until I tried to release the clutch and it fired right up. When I came to the next intersection.... same thing... died after the clutch was depressed. Since I was paying attention to it now I saw the RPMs hang and then drop and ultimately stalled. I have tried all of the fixes in here minus removing CAI. Which I drove with for the first 6 months? I don't believe there is a tuner chip if that is the correct lingo? Other than that car runs and looks great.

If this is 2004 Mach1 related, I'd post this in the 99-04 section.
