Car is at the dealer...

The throtle body issues and tps sensor stuff finally took it's toll on saturday. I couldn't run the car for more than a minute before it would go into failsafe mode and shut down. Roadside assistance (free from ford) towed me to the dealer and it will be covered under warranty

The dealer gave me a loaner car... a ford focus lol
I was hoping for a gt500. oh well, something is better than nothing!!

I hope to have the car back today, and some info on what they did to fix it. i'll post later

Glad to hear that they're covering it under warranty, even with the mods you have.

I got it back today!!! The replaced the TPC and TPS (throttle position control and throttle position sensor).

Since it was a ford part that was broke, and none of my modifications could have caused it to break, so it was fixed under warranty. I didn't pay a cent!!! not even for the loaner car.. just paid to fill it back up with gas

thanks ford!

That's great! Need more dealers like that to understand how the system should work.
