Okay, I'm new to Mustangs so correct me if I'm wrong here. Don't these cars have knock sensors? So if you have a 93 octane tune and happen to use 91 octane, won't the PCM simply pull timing as needed?

Yes they have the sensors and yes they will pull timing, and therefore will pull power too. Its not a good idea to do it either way, but if you end up buying a bad tank of gas or something like that, the sensors are there for protection.

yes, the cars wake up with the bama tunes man!
can anyone post 1/4 mile times stock tune and then bama tunes? to see the actual time difference???
I am guessing at least a quarter second difference?
I love the torque tune, more than the performance one, but looks like I will need the race tune now...
whenI got the 3 tunes, the race tune was not out yet.
what would be the main difference between the 93 torque and the 93 race tunes?

oh and....WOW!!!

Where the torque tune lets off the race tune continues. I find that the race tune pulls just as hard and continues throughout... My favorite by far... I see no negatives, only positives. Even the touchy throttle is a plus IMO

i already stated noticing where the filter is rubbing on the hood liner and a small spot on the hood but oh well i just figure it is the cost of a MAJOR hp gain but it is nothing some touchup paint can't fix

No problem with the hood liner here, however, it did rub the metal part of the hood a little. I just install a piece of self adhesive felt and it worked like a champ

did you use the surround heat sheild , i think it is lifting the filter to high and is making it rub

Yes, I used the heat shield... Maybe try sliding the air tube into the elbow more, or pull it out further. You can also try pushing down on the filter while tightening the clamp. Both options will allow it to drop slightly. See my pics...

I just noticed that you have an 06. Someone on here informed that Ford repositioned the radiator hose on the 07s, however, I still don't see how that would effect the height . If that was a factor, then mine should set up highter as the hose is directly under my air tube. Just try adjusting the filter and I'm sure you'll be OK
