Calling all Cervinis side exhuast owners

Ok i need to know the exact dimensions for the Magnaflow mufflers that come with the Cervinis kit, because i am thinking about buying this kit soon but i want to replace the Magnaflows with CherryBomb Glasspacks, or Dynomax bullits. I need to know inlet and outlet sizes, length from tip to tip, length of the muffler without inlet and outlet, and the diameter of the muffler

Don't know but good luck with the kit, I almost did one myself back in '05 but the ground clearance is like 3.5" on stock suspension- if you're lowered your pretty much screwed.

You realize that the side exhaust will cause you to loose power?
All those 90 degree bends are very restrictive compared to the stock exhaust that is realitively straight. Just thought I'd mention it in case you hadn't considered the potential for power loss with a side exhaust setup.

Not sure the measurements, but on the power loss....I've made plenty of power with my side exhaust. I even made good N/A power with my side exhaust. Af far as using this setup for road racing...I'm not sure you'd want to do that. The kit is very low and will scrape easily.

I was just under my car last weekend. Too bad you didn't ask then. I won't be under it for a while now. I'm interested as well. Flowmaster makes some similar mufflers and I'm wondering if they will fit.

I don't think you lose performance with the side exhaust. If you go with an off road pipe on an na car, I don't see how. Most people end up going with the off road pipe, but with an na car, you end up with no backpressure. The 3 bends actually adds a bit of backpressure, so it's probably better. The only way to really know would be to dyno the same car with a full catback, and the side exhaust on the same day and same dyno.
