calibrating frpp 62mm throttle body...

calibrating frpp 62mm throttle body...

Anyone know exactly what i need to do here? Can i just adjust my induction tune? Or do i need a full on ford racing tune...dont have time to send out my diablosport...any help would be greatly appreciated...

You need to retune the car. The tune should be adjusted for the TB. Depending on how your engine is setup and what else you have it will breathe slightly more air or allot more air.

Whoever did your tunes need's to readjust. If you don't have a tune then buy a tune for your diablosport that will get e-mailed to you and you can download it to the diablosport then on to the car.

Thanks... american muscle tuned my diablosport for me when i baught it from them it came with my jlt cai and theu plugged a jlt tune in it fresh out the box...but thats all i really have on the car is the cai and axle backs...should be much a difference in breathing...

I'd give them a call , you're going from a 55mm to 62mm so it'll be taking in more air and therefore running leaner , which can be bad if it's too lean. At the time I put mine on I also changed my S/C pulley to a smaller size and I definitely had to get my tune adjusted ...
