CAI: Thoughts?

Getting a good CAI is high on my "to-do" list. Any suggestions on type?

I had a Densecharger Tunable Induction on my 02 'Stang and loved it. Does anyone have this brand on their 05+ GT, and if so, how does it compare to other CAI's on the market?

Smile cold air

I bought and installed a Western Motorsports intake , basicly a good system the reason I went with it is it requires no reflash of the comp. It installed in a hour and with the optional ram air box looks good on the car . I get tons of looks and comments , at shows and cruises

I'm too busy to do a search right now, but there was an article in either 5.0 or MMFF where they tested many of the CAI's on the market.

I personally have a C&L and am happy with the results

You will get sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many opinions on this. People who have a C&L, like myself will tell you go w/ C&L. The people who have the JLT will tell you to go with the JLT. Personally, I'd decide on a tuner first........then see what they recommend. I don't think you can go wrong with either CAI.

Ok I just saw your signature and looks like you want to go with Bamachips. I'd ask Doug what he thinks.

I've deceided to go with the Tunable Induction along with the tuner it recommends (can't remember right now what kind). Now to save up the $500 to get both...

Cool 5.0 article

the 5.0 article is what made me decide to go with the W M S intake system , I gotta tell you I really like it , and best of all no tune required , doesnt void the warrenty , and she runs like a rapped ape .
