The 3 best Short Ram Intakes are the JLT, C&L and the WMS front mounted unit IMO. The WMS greatly interupts the underhood look and you have to relocate the 2 reservoirs that mount to the radiator support. All other Intakes use the same sideway path but the JLT shows the lowest intake temperatures due to its plastic design.
Cant go wrong with the JLT.

The reason why the Anderson Ford Motorsport kit is expensive is because, it uses a ProM 80mm. mass air sensor that is calibrated to work with thier (larger intake tube), which requires no computer re-flash.. with all other CAI's that use the stock mass air sensor, a re-flash is a must to prevent improper a/f ratio problems, with the exception of the k&n, However thier intake tube is actually smaller in some areas then that of the stock intake..

Here is there comparisons of most cai's available. Is one of the lower scores for this cai, and oh my god the price, are you kidding. good luck

Keep in mind: Our photographs show the prototype for this setup, so the paint, chrome, and welding isn't perfect like the production piece you can buy now. Even though it didn't need a tune, our judges were hesitant about the value of the AFM piece. Still, they thought it was well built with a high level of Expected Durability. This is a cold-air system that's built to grow with your combination. Should you add a blower or turbo, you can still use the 80mm Professional Mass Air Systems meter.
