C&l Cai

Is it just me or is the prices on these going up lately? I just looked on Bama's website and a C&L CAI with SCT II is $699. Brenspeed is $659 with free shipping. Anyone know of any better deals? I was kinda wanting to go with Bama due to his personel car is an auto so I figured he has refined that tune quite a bit. $700 seems a bit steep to me. I thought if it was just a price increase for the summer I might put that mod on the back burner and do it later.

I don't remember exactly, but it seems to me when I bought the C&L & SCT with tunes from Brenspeed a year ago it was about $650.

I always say you get what you pay for, be careful, be very careful.

I trust like 3 people, Doug with Bama, CR at Tillmann and Brenspeed.

Personally I have Dougs tunes (BAMA) and I can't be happier.

I know the pricing seems high but in the scheme of things and for me the pricing is OK. Of course we always like it cheaper but I'm not feeling like I'm getting ripped. My opinion of course but hey I’m happy.

The C&L aluminum Street intake has always been pricey. I just went with JLT, does the exact same thing and I don't really care what it looks like(not that it's ugly).

I kinda planned on about $650 so I will probably go with Brenspeed. I just wish the prices for the S197 stuff would come down. Heck, I didn't pay but $1800 for my Vortech S-trim for my 89 Mustang but one for the 07 is an arm and a leg.
